  1. A project requirements check list is filled to guarantee that all needed paper work including Contracts, BOQs, Specifications, Submittals, Shop drawings, Comprehensive Material Sheets, Delivery Schedule and Man Hour Time are all included.
  2. A comprehensive risk assessment plan is designed to ensure that all possible risk elements are accounted for and taken into consideration in advance.
  3. A procurement progress log guarantees that the whole project procurement process is going as planned and any possible bottlenecks or delays are accounted for within the next project stages.
  4. A material submittal log is created based on the project requirements and presented samples are recorded in a samples log file for future reference.
  5. Design department creates the needed shop drawings with all corresponding approved and final samples. These are all delivered to the project’s representatives through the allocated project’s manager.
